The hotel was fairly clean, staff was EXCEPTIONAL. I liked convenient placing of climate control, a personal safe and a mini-fridge-bar in the suite. A lot of food for a buffet breakfast. Good service within 16 miles of the airport. There were stable internet and free parking available.

check in was easy, i loved ideal location and bright rooms. very tasty breakfast for the start of the day. big suite and nice bed. the staff in the hotel was accommodating. the pool was very clean too.

We liked the hotel and Kuala Lumpur, had 1 good day there. The room was beautiful, non-smoking with bathtub. A lot of food, which was good to satisfy everyone This venue was in a very nice area near to restaurants, malls and other food places and Hartamas Shopping Centre. Our favorite hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the staff was best.

Neat room, above average breakfast and a brilliant pool. Its location was strategic close to shopping malls. Exceptional service everywhere too. Also, free WiFi was provided throughout the property😃

Very relaxing stay, we were there for 1 day. Room was good value. The bathroom was luxury and the beds super. The hotel staff was caring, they all greeted us.
Connection was weak; such poor breakfast.

Really comfortable stay, very helpful staff, immaculate rooms. Breakfast had lots of lovely food and drinks. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. The service was fantastic, always with a smile.
